Many 'soft-skills' courses give a lot of theory but lack immediate practical application. This was totally different! I came away with a very practical plan to implement two changes over the next few months. Delighted with what I have achieved and will achieve.

I was unsure at first when coming to this event as it involved opening up to both strangers and myself! However, it was excellent, and everyone actively participated which is testament to Caroline's approach and ability to get people to open up and share.

It was refreshing to attend an event that was not financial services specific but helped me to see where I could improve my life and well being and in turn help those around me.  It's not often you get to consider your beliefs/values and question them and what drives you.

This will all no doubt help me in life and when at work and dealing with clients.
